Big house, little house, updated house...and the house with the pink and green bathrooms

Today was our 3rd visit to the house with the pink and green bathrooms and I think it's ok to say it - we're falling in love. It is a 1950's Ranch turned Cape on a half acre lot. Most houses don't convert themselves across styles, but thankfully this one did, because I'm not a huge fan of the single floor ranch - it does not feel house-right to me. More about the house conversion later. Besides a wonderful lot with fabulous trees and plants and bunnies hopping through the over-sized yard, Pink-n-Green also has something extra special...a very large finished basement. Finished in 1950-70's wonderfulness it is an excellent space for a game room, chilling out and just so happens to have a cute little built in bar. Did I mention... someone's in love.
